The company is best known for developing and managing world-class shopping centers and hotels as well as office buildings throughout the United States. The Dulles Expo Center is a unique development, home to Dulles Expo the second largest exhibit hall in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Dulles Expo recently expanded its facility with 30,000 square feet of additional space. Located just six miles south of Washington Dulles International Airport on Route 28, between I-66 and the Dulles Toll Road in Fairfax County, this 240,000 square foot facility offers over 2,400 free on-site parking spaces. A Holiday Inn Hotel, a Walmart store and fifteen dining options are also on the property. Chantilly, Virginia is home to a highly trained and educated workforce, with a desirable quality of life, competitive tax structure and close proximity to Washington, D.C., the Dulles Expo Center delivers to a diverse and dynamic economy, boasting nearly 27,000 companies, trade associations and organizations. The local business base consists of Internet service providers and web hosting data centers, e-commerce companies, software development and application firms, telecommunication firms, and virtually every major aerospace company in the free world. JOIN REGAL THEATRES, LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE AND OLIVE GARDEN
This mixed-use project will feature a 12-screen movie theater by Regal Entertainment Group. The 50,539-square-foot theater will have a lounge, recliner seating and the ability to show traditional and 3D films on every screen. Starting in the fall of 2019, some of the most recognizable and successful brands in full-service dining will be available at The Garrison ®, including a LongHorn Steakhouse and an Olive Garden. There will be many other dining and retail options along the main street corridor. Over 130 apartment units are to be constructed in the first phase of the project, which will bring activity and energy to the streets day and night.
Future phases will include additional apartments, retail (including a grocery store) and office space.
